Johnny Vegas was there, this sounds like the sort of celebrity you could get away with making up as he's famous enough for people to be like "wow" but in the same sense not famous enough to be anywhere important or been photographed in heat magazine so people would be like "You know you said you saw Johnny Vegas last night but in heat magazine it shows him falling out of a limo with his but crack showing at an awards ceremony in london last night?"
