is it any good? they keep saying they are going to be brave and do interesting things but they never do. Spanishy sounding/influenced new album and judging by reviews this doent sound spanishy. I am hoping there is no synth in it or I will grab Chgris Martin by the short and curlys and make him listen to their brilliant first album and say "More of that please Chris you big twat"
I really like it..... but you better get your hands ready for some grabbing. Not very Spanishy, i love the bass in it and the harmonies.

Haha... I couldn't agree more! I like synthy things in some contexts but I just think coldplay were much better when they stuck to unusual acoustic guitar tunings and nice sounding weird open chords.
I have heard the new song. It didn't blow me away but I've only listened to it twice. The guitar sounded out of place when it came in though - if I remember correctly _________________ "Rohypnol for lunch
