Good effects + good soundtrack + war = Very good film

Remake+ Jim Carrey+mildly amusing comedy moments+a fat Alec Baldwin=decent film

Creepy girl + creepy kid + general creepy atmosphere - crappy American remake taint = great film!

But not as good as Ju-On or A Tale Of Two Sisters
